Located in the heart of the Yonne region, 20 kilometers east of Chablis, on the edge of the charming village of Épineuil, Domaine Dominique Gruhier is one of the key players in the renaissance of the Tonnerrois region!
In 1990, Dominique Gruhier set up his 4.5-hectare estate in the very heart of the former Abbey of Petit Quincy, created in 1212 by Cistercian monks, thus restoring the Cellier to its original function.
The entire vineyard has been farmed organically since 2003, with the most respectful natural approach possible. Each of Dominique’s cuvées expresses the mineral freshness, brilliance and fleshiness of the fruit.
A pioneering spirit and a hard worker, Dominique Gruhier has become one of the greatest ambassadors for the revival of Northern Burgundy, despite many obstacles along the way.
